Washington National Cathedral Greenhouse

With minimal inventory left, the Greenhouse has given its well deserving staff additional days off and has closed effective 5 pm June 26.

Thank you for your patronage through the years. We all value the Greenhouse and its Cathedral history. The decision to close the Greenhouse was a difficult one. We will all miss it.

We will continue to encourage the community to gather here on the Close and facilitate the enjoyment and protection of God’s natural world through our grounds and our many programs on conservation. And of course, the Cathedral’s heralded gardens and natural paths in Olmsted Woods will always remain free and open to all to enjoy.
